Previous | Home | NextThe slottsbageriet (Court bakery) is where Berzelius had his first laboratory when he became professor of the Collegium Medicum in 1807. The tip of the spire of Tyska kyrkan ("German church") can be seen, just emerging above Riddarhuset. Storkyrkan ("Big church") is in Gamla Stan, close to Scheele's apothecary, which we will visit later.
